Caramel Apple French Toast

So I had woke up and after doing some projects around the house, I got a little hungry, yeah it was a little after 2 o’ clock in the afternoon, but I had a taste for breakfast, French toast to be exact. So luckily I had the below ingredients in the house to make this delicious breakfast I was craving.

The French toast was something I kind of just whipped up in the kitchen, no specific recipe I looked up.

For the egg batter, I used three eggs, imitation vanilla flavor, and ground cinnamon. To coat the apples, I used sugar and ground cinnamon as well.

I then put some  butter in a pan, and sautéed the apples, cinnamon, and sugar !

You can use regular bread, but I used what I already had in the house,  which is raisin cinnamon swirl bread.

Now after cooking the French toast on the stove, I also heated up some caramel in a jar to top off the French toast. And then voila the finished product. This breakfast is easy to make, and this Caramel Apple topping was really delicious; I added a sprinkle of powdered sugar, and had a few slices of bacon (not pictured), and I was satisfied. Is this something you would make for breakfast ?  If so let me know in the comments below ! As always, thanks for reading !

Classic Stuffed Peppers

Hi everyone a few days ago, I came across some buffalo chicken stuffed peppers on my Instagram timeline from one of my favorite pages (Delish) and yes those buffalo chicken stuffed peppers looked good; Now I did not cook the buffalo chicken inspired kind, but instead I cooked the Classic Stuffed Peppers, which are delicious. Minced garlic, diced onions, and extra virgin olive oil or EVOO (in Rachel Ray’s voice lol)
Some seasonings I used for the ground beef.
Some more ingredients: Monterey Jack cheese, diced tomatoes, tomato paste parsley, rice (microwavable pack lol), and of course ground beef.
Ground beef mix to stuff the bell peppers.
Before placing them in the oven.
The finished result, with a little side salad .

Turkey Burgers Anyone ?

The majority of the burgers I eat from restaurants or fast food places are made from ground beef, but every now and then when I make a homemade burger, I use Ground Turkey. Now how I cook my burger is not the right or the wrong way, its just me cooking a burger on a whim and there is no particular recipe. For my burger lovers and if you are interested or you just enjoy eating turkey burgers then read on…

Here’s what I used to make these yummy Turkey Burgers :

– A pack of Ground Turkey ( the one I used is 1.25 lbs. )

– One Bell Pepper ( diced)

– One Yellow or White Onion ( diced)

– An egg

-Seasoning of you choice: I used Lawry’s Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Black Pepper.

-Hamburger Buns.

Next Up Are the simple directions for these burgers:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl mix in the bell peppers and onions with the ground turkey, then add the egg (which holds the patty together).

Then add in your choice of seasonings.

Gather a ball of the mixed ground turkey and pat down to form a patty. (I made four patties out of the pack I bought)

On a baking pan, spray cooking spray and place patties on the pan; and add some water to pan, place in oven and let cook for 25-30 mins.

After the burgers are done, place the patty on a bun, put on a slice of cheese (if you’d like) and load your favorite burger toppings and if you are like me add some fries, a pickle spear, and enjoy !
